Theresa is a motivated REALTOR® eager to find buyers their dream home and make sellers top dollar. Her honesty and integrity shine through everything she does and gives clients the confidence that she’ll make their real estate dreams come true.

Before becoming an agent, Theresa worked in commercial real estate. Interestingly, she focused on buying and selling golf courses. Although not quite the same as residential real estate, this experience quickly taught her the importance of building relationships and not being afraid to negotiate when necessary. And if her experience in commercial real estate didn’t demonstrate the value of negotiation, being a mother of two certainly did!

When working with buyers, Theresa begins by establishing a personal connection based on mutual trust. The better she knows her buyers, the more likely she’ll find a property that will meet all their needs. Theresa knows the process of buying a new home, although exciting, can quickly become emotionally exhausting. So she works side-by-side with every client to smoothly usher them through the process.

And when it comes to selling, Theresa uses her extensive marketing knowledge to correctly price and market every home, every time. She has a great work ethic and is wholly devoted to helping clients make the most out of their most valuable investment: their home.

Theresa helps buyers and sellers of residential real estate in Palmyra, Hershey, Annville, Hummelstown, and Lebanon. She’s lived in this community for more than 20 years and has well-established connections in the area.

She serves the community as the president-elect of the Palmyra Ice Hockey Club. Theresa’s also a member of the board of directors for the Sticks and Biscuits 5K, held every Thanksgiving.

When not working with clients, Theresa is often reading a good book, spending time with her adult children, golfing with her husband, or going to a Penn State Football Game where she’s an alumnus.
